Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the HUG Medspa website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
HUG Medspa offers wellness, beauty, and performance services exclusively at our Zürich location. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Memberships are non-transferable.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Membership
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. HUG Medspa reserves the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable advance notice. Membership fees are non-refundable.
5. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information prior to treatments. HUG Medspa is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — is the property of HUG Medspa GmbH and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
HUG Medspa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
